The ChatGPT tiers companies pay the most for are the ones that cannot export their own chats: OpenAI gives Free, Plus, Pro and some Edu users a chat export, but not Business or Enterprise workspaces — whose admins get only 30 days of Compliance Platform logs — so a freelance journalist published a scraper on GitHub this week to get his data out.
