Steel Phoenix — Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy covers the Steel Phoenix mobile game distributed through the Google Play Store under package identifier ai.pickbits.steelphoenix. It does not cover the pickbits.ai website, the PickBits University, the Arcade web experience, paid Track Packs, or any other PickBits service — those are covered by the main PickBits.AI privacy policy.

What Steel Phoenix Stores Locally

The game stores progress on your device using local storage. This data never leaves your device. It includes:

Uninstalling the app removes this data.

What the Game Does NOT Do

Permissions

The Android app declares only the INTERNET permission, which is required by the Capacitor framework to load the game's bundled web assets into the in-app WebView. No actual network requests are made by the game. You may verify this by running the app with your device in airplane mode — full gameplay is available offline.

Children Under 13

Steel Phoenix is not directed at children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect any information from children. The app's target audience in the Google Play Store is set to 13 and over.

If you believe a child has somehow provided information through the app, please contact us at owner@pickbits.ai and we will take steps to remove any such information from our systems — although as stated above, the app does not transmit data to systems we control.

Third-Party Services

The Steel Phoenix Android app does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, social, or backend services. The game ships with all visual and audio assets baked into the install; no content is fetched from a server at runtime.

Google Play

When you install Steel Phoenix through the Google Play Store, Google may collect information related to that distribution (your Google account, device identifiers, install/uninstall events, payment information for any paid app — though Steel Phoenix is free). This collection is governed by Google's own privacy policy, not by us.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change the data-handling behavior of the game (for example, adding optional crash reporting or cloud saves in a future release), we will:
