LESSON PR is the declared contract. It carries authored curriculum into review. The lesson store records the candidate, drafted, and shipped states, while the PR creates the approval boundary before publication.
The operating record declares a weekly canvass. The canvass feeds the next-lesson decision; authoring follows that decision.
